Biography
Joanne Lynch represents people, organizations, and businesses throughout Kentucky and Indiana, bringing substantial experience in litigation, negotiation, and legal and practical counseling to her clients. She focuses her practice on administrative law, family law, criminal defense, wills and probate, appellate law, and sports law.
Listening to clients, understanding their goals, and developing effective strategies to achieve those goals are at the center of Joanne’s work. Whether a legal issue needs to be addressed through negotiation, trial, hearing, mediation, investigation, or all the above, Joanne can do it while relying on her experiences in hundreds of negotiations, mediations, and trials in Kentucky and Indiana.
Joanne served as a public defender in Kentucky for 15 years, concentrating during the last 10 years on defending people in death-penalty-eligible cases. She helped her clients navigate challenging factual circumstances and complex legal issues in stressful times.
Outside of the office, Joanne enjoys playing tennis, birdwatching, and volunteering with her neighborhood association. She cheers for the Louisville Cardinals, Racing Louisville, and safe trips and happy retirements for all Thoroughbred racehorses.
