Biography
Ayala focuses her practice on assisting and representing individuals in employment law matters. Since 1998 she has practiced in all state and federal courts in Kentucky handling a variety of employment litigation cases stemming from discrimination, wrongful termination, harassment, and retaliation claims under State and Federal Laws, including Title VII, the ADEA and ADA, the FMLA, and the Kentucky Civil Rights Act, as well as breach of contract and wage claims. Throughout her legal career she has also drafted, reviewed and advised on employment agreements, including non-compete and non-solicitation agreements and severance and release agreements.
