For over 40 years, Armand I. Judah has been engaged in the general practice of law, with broad experience in all facets of family law, federal criminal law, business law, probate, civil litigation, and personal injury. He has conducted jury trials in both state and federal courts.  Armand delivers full-service legal expertise, providing every client with personalized attention and individualized solutions.

Armand is well-versed in all aspects of family litigation, including divorce, custody, visitation, adoption, and child support. Armand is also a trained mediator who is appointed by the court to mediate in many family court matters. He applies his experience as a mediator by using his negotiation skills to the fullest for his clients. While most issues are resolved through negotiation and mediation, Armand is also prepared to aggressively litigate on behalf of his clients. Armand’s responsibilities as a court-appointed attorney for children in dependency/neglect/abuse cases gives him an extra advantage in handling family law cases, as he has a deep understanding of the family court dynamic and how family issues can affect children.

Armand is an expert in federal criminal defense. In addition to his valuable negotiation skills, Armand’s trial preparation is first-rate. During his career, he has handled numerous complex cases. He has successfully represented individuals in all forms of criminal cases.

In 2010, Armand earned a LEO Weekly Magazine Readers’ Choice Award for Best Attorney, and Judah Law Offices placed in the Top 3 Law Firms in that poll.

Outside the courtroom, Armand has served as volunteer legal counsel for the Louisville Jaycees, the Kentucky Jaycees, and the J. Graham Brown School. He has shared his knowledge as an adjunct professor at the University of Louisville Paralegal Studies Program, Sullivan College Paralegal Institute, and Watterson College Business School. He is a frequent guest lecturer at continuing education seminars for attorneys. His experience as an attorney for children serves him well in his volunteer position on the Board of Directors of the Home of the Innocents. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Peterson-Dumesnil House.
